Returns an OpenAI {object:"list", data:[…]} payload for aliases currently servable at the hardware floor (the union of live, qualified Macs).

This is not the full catalog. A 200 with only qwen3-4b means no qualified Mac is advertising qwen3-8b right now, not that the alias is gone. The coordinator’s public GET /v1/catalog is the full pin list (HF ids, revision, SHA-256), independent of who is online.

If the directory cannot list, the gateway returns 502 directory_unavailable with mifr_action: wait.
